Employee is required to work from blueprints, manufacturer's schematics, written and/or oral instructions in the completion of building maintenance projects with minimum or no supervision.

A2 Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday 5:15pm - 5:30am

• Perform the operating, maintenance, and general repair of building and Wafer FAB support systems
• Make routine, periodic or special inspections and do the repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns on many types of point of use equipment including but not limited to the following:
  • Air Conditioning and Refrigeration System
  • Compressed Gas Equipment
  • Vacuum Systems
  • Waste Handling Systems
  • Ro/DI Systems
  • Electrical Systems
  • Monitoring and Control Systems
  • Building Infrastructure
• Analyze inspection logs to identify possible equipment failures and take action to prevent failure
• Perform general maintenance/construction assignments such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting using a wide variety of hand, power and machine tools. Makes sketches, drawings, and other descriptions of work requirements in rough for own use
• May be required to perform various welding operations
• Perform basic air conditioning and refrigeration trouble-shooting and repair
• Assist higher labor grade personnel in the performance of major repair and overhaul
• Train lower grade personnel in safe operation of hand, power and machine tools following safety and housekeeping standard
• Maintain required tools for this classification within 30 working days after assignment
• Perform miscellaneous related duties as required, assist and/or perform the work of lesser skilled personnel in Maintenance operations.Maintain safety and housekeeping standards

• Minimum of two years experience in a maintenance position or equivalent
• Must have successfully completed the training program for the licensing of in-plant mobile equipment operators and remain a holder of an active operator's permit
