KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Mobile Strategy and Governance Specialist to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the comprehensive review, approval, onboarding and enablement process for all mobile applications and features requested for corporate-provided mobile devices
  • Act as the central point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including Security, Legal, Risk, Compliance, IT Operations, and End-User Support teams; identify and mitigate potential risks associated with mobile applications and features, working closely with security and risk teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Develop and implement strategies for mobile application adoption and user engagement, monitoring and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the onboarding and enablement process
  • Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for the mobile app and feature enablement process, ensuring transparency and efficiency
  • Evaluate proposed mobile apps and features from an employee experience perspective, advocating for solutions that enhance productivity and usability while adhering to corporate policies; gather feedback from employees regarding their mobile experience and integrate insights into the governance framework
  • Drive continuous improvement of the mobile app governance process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline workflow, by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile applications and devices, security best practices, and user experience advancements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in leading mobile enablement, with preference for iOS-based programs, as well as with leveraging technical activation and change management methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical and policy requirements to diverse audiences; ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design principles and their application in enterprise solutions
  • Proven experience in coordinating complex processes involving multiple cross-functional teams; strong troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
