Job Summary

The Brand Ambassador Manager will work with key retailers to promote WCB Grill Brands: Pit Boss, Char-Broil, and Oklahoma Joe's through the market educating employees, customers and all who engage with our brand for a positive experience. A successful manager will lead a team that builds productive relationships with key retailer field teams by assisting with sales, training, and education as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Brand Ambassador Manager will be responsible for creating, managing and reporting P&L metrics monthly as well as monitoring expenses against budget
  • Host weekend education events
  • Set-up merchandising displays at stores
  • Attendlocal market visits and other activations as directed
  • Lead other brand ambassadors coordinating events, schedule, travel, and product delivery
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

A successful Brand Ambassador Manager will be energetic and engaging in creating a friendly atmosphere for the demonstration and sales experience for each of our customers.


* Business to Consumer sales experience and passion is a must


Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Management or other relavant field and six (6) years of professional experience including, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Able to have regular and predictable attendance


Able to work cooperatively with co-workers


Able to work in a constant state of alertness

Physical Requirements

This position requires 80% travel


Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis


Ability to stand for extended periods of time
