How You Contribute:
- Lead the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Design, implement, monitor and report metrics to measure productivity across various departments and processes. Ensure these metrics align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
- Support M&A activities, capital planning, and investment analysis as needed.
- Other projects as assigned.
Criteria forSuccess:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with FP&A functions in a large manufacturing environment preferred.
- Demonstrated success in the identification and implementation of cost optimization strategies that resulted in measurable savings, without compromising quality.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven ability to partner with operations and supply chain teams to align financial planning with production goals and capacity constraints.
