Under minimal direction, acts as department lead in performing duties necessary to the delivery of best practice HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise.

Essential Functions

  • Plans, communicates, implements, and controls activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies and procedures.
  • For communications discipline, assists with planning and execution of communication strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specific Information:

  • Oversee the day-to-day system administration of Total Rewards platforms.
  • Assess existing Total Rewards systems, identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Total Rewards systems with other HR and business applications as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system integrity in Total Rewards systems.
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners to understand business and customer needs and translate into specifications and requirements that can be implemented into Total Rewards systems.
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge of internal FedEx systems, including Workday, FedEx Payroll and ServiceNow.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to conduct research, analyze data and solve complex problems.
  • Experience designing business rule engines.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities.
  • Experience in program management and large-scale projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or knowledge of US and international benefits.

Work / Domicile Location(s):

  • The desired location for this position would be Collierville, Tennessee, however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Relocation:

  • Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related function.

Minimum Experience:

  • Five (5) years directly related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organization, planning, human relations, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Data analysis experience, experience creating dashboards, UAT testing experience, experience defining system requirements, vendor management experience, experience leading large projects, experience in creating and maintaining positive user experiences and effective user flows.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
