Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? LaForce's Electronic Security Systems division is looking for a Schedule Coordinator, in our Green Bay, WI office to support our Scheduling and Project Management teams. If you enjoy keeping operations on track and customers satisfied, this role offers the perfect blend of coordination, communication, and administrative support.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll



  • Assist with the day-to-day scheduling of SI Field Technicians on jobs to maximize productivity and satisfy the needs of customers.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure Technicians are provided proper information and details.
  • Help create and update sales and work orders and keep our installation schedule accurate and up to date.
  • Work directly with customers to schedule or adjust installation times.
  • Keep our project documentation organized across internal systems is key.
  • Monitor material needs and help maintain accurate truck inventory information.


This position also involves reviewing job logs for discrepancies or added materials and jumping in to assist the team wherever needed.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with an associate's degree or equivalent experience-ideally with at least six months to a year in a related administrative or coordination role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a knack for organization are essential. If you're familiar with construction or security projects, that's a bonus-but we're happy to train the right candidate.
