Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Retail & Ecommerce, the key function of this highly collaborative role is to support integrated marketing programs and boost consumer engagement and conversion in the Retail/Ecommerce Channel. The Customer Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, and bringing marketing initiatives to life across Retail and Ecommerce partners for all salon brands - the majority lead by Oribe, along with Goldwell, KMS, and Kerasilk.

We ask that you have strong project management, effective campaign execution and optimization, and a high level of expertise within the digital and performance marketing space. Experience with Amazon storefront, A+ content creation and brand asset management required. Experience with Sephora marketing highly desired.

This job is a remote position.

What You Will Do:



  • Execute the strategic marketing roadmap across all Prestige Retail and E-Commerce channel partners, identifying core areas of opportunity and creating holistic plans to achieve business growth.
  • Manage the implementation of the best merchandising within the digital environment.
  • Manage the reporting and analysis of marketing programs and country results across brands against Goals to identify areas of concern and success while implementing optimizations
  • Manage execution of strategic customer marketing activities (including strategic use of the customer's marketing toolboxes and features) and execution of plans for the E-Commerce and Prestige Retail Sales Channels.
  • Manage execution of marketing assets to ensure a specialized offering across channel segments (retail, e-commerce, field) while ensuring one holistic go-to-market message.


What you will need:



  • Undergraduate 4 year degree in business and/or marketing is preferred with relevant work experience considered
  • 3+ years' experience in E-Commerce across Luxury, Mass or Professional Beauty Environment
  • Amazon Vendor Central experience required
  • Luxury, Professional Health and Beauty Experience preferred
