The Construction Manager leads multidisciplinary teams through the development, programming, design and construction of several concurrent capital projects.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Engineering/Construction Management, Architecture, Business or equivalent field experience
  • Minimum 3-5 yrs. project management experience in the delivery of healthcare construction projects.
  • Worked with regulatory agencies
  • Working knowledge of healthcare facility construction, project scheduling and project budgeting.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • M.S. Degree - Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent
  • MBA
  • Experience working with the Wisconsin DHS & DQA
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 101 (LSC), AIA minimum guidelines for healthcare construction and the international suite of building codes.
  • Working knowledge of the NIAHO standards for DNV.
