The Business Optimization Consultant drives operational excellence and efficiency across Technical Operation Departments by identifying improvement opportunities, designing and implementing solutions, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance Tech Ops performance and effectiveness within FAA-approved and accepted SWA Authored manuals. This role collaborates closely with Process Optimization Consultants and Optimization Analysts to bridge the gap between aircraft maintenance operations and data-driven insights in order to create actionable results. The Business Optimization Consultant is analytical with a continuous improvement mindset who is ready to drive the future of Southwest's Technical Operations. Additional Details

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $110,900.00 per year to $123,200.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
