What you'll own as the System Support Analyst II

We are looking for a System Support Analyst II to manage the software operation process and create an automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more efficiently. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure RMB daily and monthly cycles run smoothly while all system process and SLAs are adhered to.

  • Involved in monthly releases and deployments, product upgrades and patches.

  • Will work closely with product development team and implement SRE practices, automation, upgrades, and framework.

  • Troubleshooting production defects/issues in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate technical and functional design solutions through standard documents. Ensuring all the changes and updates and systematically documented.

  • Assessing, supporting, and implementing high-quality information technology architecture.

  • Identify opportunities for automation within software processes.

  • Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service, or business processes.

  • Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve workflow.

  • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of infrastructure from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.

  • Laying out work items based on the design and guiding engineers in the given areas of work.

  • Clearly communicates information and ideas to individuals and teams in an articulate, focused, and compelling way.

  • Compares information from multiple sources to identify core issues. Uses data to make decisions but also understands that instinct plays a part in innovating.

What you'll bring

  • 7 to 10 years in Oracle RMB or CCB production environment and deployment roles experience in Implementation/Enhancement projects.

  • Familiarity of working in strict SLA adherence and resolution of Production issues within timelines. Skills to carry out root cause analysis and resolve exceptions and errors.

  • Experienced in support/development of OUAF config tools: BO, MO, UI Map, Business Services, Service Script, Zones, Portals, Batch programs, Algorithms, XAI and IWS.

  • Strong in JAVA, SQL, OUAF Scripting, Weblogic, Linux Shell Scripting.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate product architectures and design proposals to senior management levels.

  • Demonstrate strong quality orientation and get involved in organizational process and delivering results that will enhance organizational productivity.

  • Demonstrate a leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Payments or Fintech industry experience

  • Understanding of merchant acquiring, merchant billing and digital payment ecosystem.

  • Knowledge of Billing, Payment, TFM, Pricing and Rate Structures
