Vice President of Global Sales - Executive Leadership Opportunity in the Packaging Industry
Location: Flexible - Travel Required (Domestic & International)
Reports To: President
Industry: Consumer Packaging Flexible & Paper-Based Solutions
Scope: $100M+ Manufacturing Operations

Are you ready to make a global impact?
We're seeking a visionary sales executive to lead our global commercial strategy, drive market expansion, and shape the future of packaging. As Vice President of Global Sales, you'll be the architect of revenue growth across regions, national accounts, enterprise deals, and international markets.
This is not a maintenance role-it's a growth engine.

What You'll Lead:
  • Global Sales Strategy - Partner with the President to build and execute commercial strategies that outpace competitors and scale revenue across diverse markets.
  • Team Performance - Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Sales Directors and Account Executives to surpass targets and deliver profitable growth.
  • Customer Experience Alignment - Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate touchpoints, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure end-to-end value for our customers.
  • Innovation & Expansion - Drive market share gains by identifying emerging trends and developing competitive, service-forward go-to-market approaches.
  • Data-Driven Execution - Leverage CRM and pipeline analytics to drive accountability, performance visibility, and sales efficiency.


Who You Are:
  • A strategic and decisive sales leader with at least 20 years in progressive sales roles, including 7+ years leading national or global teams.
  • Proven success scaling a $100M+ manufacturing or packaging business through direct and distribution channels.
  • A skilled communicator and mentor who builds strong, trusted relationships across all levels-from the boardroom to the plant floor.
  • A master of value proposition selling and delivering measurable impact through innovation, margin growth, and customer experience excellence.
  • Ready to travel 30% + to meet with global teams, customers, and partners.


Bonus Points If You Bring:
  • Experience in flexible or paper-based packaging
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, quoting tools, and advanced sales data insights
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
