This position is responsible for leading operations support for overall business and clinical functions delivered at multiple sites in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Positions in this function are responsible for facing the public and engaging potential patients in our services. They are tied to a Healthcare Delivery system and are responsible for helping engage Volunteers and/or work with the Community. Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors. Impact of work is most often at the local level.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Lead teams at multiple community centers to meet the goals established by Director of Community Programs
  • Oversee multiple community centers to ensure staff are creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure all centers are providing activities to meet the physical, intellectual, social and emotional needs of participants
  • Lead activities and classes as needed
  • Manage relationships with contracted instructors
  • Engage surrounding community to attract new participants to programs
  • Provide supervision to department staff, works independently, and collaborates with Physician and RN leadership on relevant clinical issues
  • Recruit and retain talented staff and ensure proper training, resource allocation and develop standards to monitor and evaluate staff performance
  • Implement and maintain clinical and business policies and procedures
  • Ensures customer satisfaction within the clinic sites and resolves patient issues
  • Ensure strict adherence to policies/procedures related to financial integrity of co-pays, charge entry, Standard Work development and maintenance, etc.
  • Facility planning and overall facility maintenance
  • Analyze monthly metrics relating to customer services, access and achievement of financial goals and objectives; develop and implement operational changes based on metrics

Required Qualifications:



  • CPR/AED or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience (preferably in a clinic setting)
  • 3+ years of clinical supervisory experience
  • Experience prioritizing & managing demanding workloads with concurrent deadlines
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Experience leading teams
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Good understanding of value-based healthcare
  • Medical insurance knowledge to include ICD-10 and CPT coding



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
