Description 1. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business, tech, and vendor teams to define features and functionality. Coordinate with teams across marketing, legal, finance, creative, and product. Act as the product management representative for Marketing stakeholders. 2. Product Documentation & Requirements Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create supporting documentation (project briefs, scope docs, etc.). Maintain procedural documentation in Wiki. 3. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Present updates and insights via meetings, presentations, and written formats. Relay business roadmaps to product leadership and technical teams. 4. Product Lifecycle & Quality Assurance Manage and prioritize the Jira product backlog. Validate work in QA and production environments. Support defect triage and resolution with cross-functional teams. 5. Digital Strategy & Execution Implement digital product strategies for both Guest and Cast experiences. Support product delivery, content configuration, and uptime monitoring. Ensure analytics tracking is in place with analytics teams. 6. Operational Support Coordinate asset delivery with production, design, copy, and tech teams. Assist with ticket prioritization and delegation alongside product managers. Skills Product roadmap, User stories, Roadmap, Strategy, Digital, Product management, Agile, Jira, Scrum Additional Skills & Qualifications Content Management Expertise Proven experience managing and publishing digital content using CMS platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. Product Delivery Leadership Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products and marketing initiatives on time and within scope. Technical Solution Ideation Ability to conceptualize and collaborate on scalable technical solutions and process improvements that streamline delivery and enhance user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Skilled in working with marketing, creative, technology, legal, and analytics teams to align goals and execute initiatives effectively. Jira & Agile Methodology Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and driving sprint planning in Agile environments using tools like Jira. Strategic Communication Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Quality Assurance & Validation Detail-oriented approach to validating work in QA and production environments to ensure flawless execution. Process Optimization Passion for refining workflows, documentation, and delivery processes to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement Adept at gathering requirements, managing expectations, and translating business needs into actionable product deliverables. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $84.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
