*About the Role*
*Join a dynamic healthcare call center team supporting Health Plan* members. You'll assist patients with benefit inquiries, eligibility, insurance coverage, and Medicare/Medi-Cal redetermination. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where empathy and multitasking are key. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle *60-80 inbound/outbound calls daily* regarding patient benefits and coverage. * Collect copays, review applications, and guide patients through eligibility and plan details. * Ensure compliance with *HIPAA*, Medicare, and Medi-Cal regulations. * Provide exceptional service - caring, kind, and supportive. *Required Qualifications* * *High School Diploma* * *1+ year of call center experience*, preferably in healthcare. * Strong multitasking and communication skills. * Experience with *multi-line phone systems*. * Must be seeking a long-term career opportunity. * Candidates with only receptionist/front desk experience will not be considered. *Work Schedule* * *Monday-Friday, 8 AM-6 PM PST* * *Flexibility required for evenings (6-8 PM), weekends, and holidays*. * *No time off allowed during the first 13 weeks*. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
