This role is responsible for developing and driving portfolio strategy by understanding mission needs and connecting user requirements with Kratos capability. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operations Team to deliver SDA and SATCOM signal monitoring and characterization services to USG, allied government, and commercial space craft operators
- Contribute to a strategy that balances execution of operational priorities against larger KGSN Program Increment plans and business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure mission success and continued business
- Validate technical requirements and operational feasibility for complex bid & proposal, service pricing and definition, and long-term market strategy
- Mentor senior managers and individual contributors as they lead subordinate component of the Operations Organization to ensure growth and depth of talent
- Support senior leadership in understanding upcoming needs of customers and market trends to drive KGSN deployment plans ahead of the market

Required Experience:
- Ten or more years of experience in commercial SATCOM or RF/MASINT Space Domain Awareness Operations
- Demonstrated leadership, creative problem solving, and strategic thinking solving in an agile environment where mission requirements and business constraints must be considered and balanced
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the executive team, functional organizations, engineering organizations, and operations team.
- Experience building and leading teams and training and mentoring team members
- Proven operations expertise in commercial and military satellite RF signals monitoring, Deep Signal Analysis, and Geolocation
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with an Information Technolgy Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based Service Operations group supporting Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management disciplines
- Demonstrated success in sales/capture roles and/or managing the financial/business side of an operations organization
- Master's degree and formal or informal courses in leadership
