Staffmark is now hiring for a Laser Operator on behalf of our partner company in Paragould, AR.
This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay and long-term career growth.

Pay: $18-$20+/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:



  • Operate and maintain CNC laser cutting machines (Amada 9K ENSIS 4020 Fiber Optic Laser preferred)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and DXF files
  • Set laser parameters, align/calibrate beams, and perform accurate cuts on materials up to 1" thick
  • Load/unload materials and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Maintain detailed records of production, material usage, and quality checks
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and standards



Job Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience operating CNC laser equipment (Amada or Trumpf preferred)
  • Skilled in working with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on production environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA/ISO safety standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
