Trinity Logistics is searching for a crucial leadership role that oversees all of operations for our Iowa Regional Service Center! The ideal candidate for this role must possess a minimum of 5 years progressive logistics brokerage management experience. This team is positioned for growth and Trinity is looking for the servant leadership-minded individual who is ready to strategize and help implement that success! This position calls for someone who can collaborate with and gain buy in from the leaders for both Operations and Sales as well as the individual team members at the Iowa site and across company departments and locations with the experience and proven success to back it! Job Requirements: Is This You?

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of progressive logistics brokerage management experience.
• Strategic planning and execution experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Some type of TMS Experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively to engage and influence all stakeholders, with specific experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Self-motivated with a strong results orientation, driving accountability in self and others.
