Park Bank is hiring our newest Consumer Loan Processor - and we want to talk to you! In this role, you'll support the consumer lending process by preparing and delivering loan documents, managing disclosures, and managing the consumer loan pipeline. You'll also collaborate with departments such as Underwriting, Retail, Compliance, and Mortgage, giving you a well-rounded view of how different teams work together to service our clients.

Essential Functions & Duties

* Responsible for executing consumer loan documents and ensuring consumer loan documents are delivered to the consumer lenders accurately and in a timely manner.

* Responsible for timely delivery of disclosures and regulatory knowledge of disclosure delivery.

* Responsible for the management of the Consumer Loan Pipeline.

* Assisting in developing and revising Department Procedures to maximize efficiency, accuracy and client experience.

* Manage NOIA-Adverse Action-Mailings and Reports.

* Assist as needed with the Mortgage Processing Department.

* Provide direction for others in the Consumer Processing Department and other teams that work with the department such as Underwriting, Retail, Compliance, Mortgage.

* May help with any other tasks that may arise within the processing department on an as needed basis.

Required Education and Experience

* Minimum one year experience in financial environment

Preferred Education and Experience

* High School Diploma

* Understanding of bank products, services and policies including familiarity with confidentiality and security requirements
