Completes moderate to complex administrative tasks in support of departmental and program goals. Works under minimal supervision while effectively using industry and product knowledge. Essential Functions:
- Utilizes considerable discretion and discriminating judgment in dealing with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. Collaborates across boundaries to meet or exceed expectations while serving as liaison for recruiting and retainment initiatives between assigned program and various departments.
- Serves as the point of contact for the department for inquiries, meeting minutes and supervisor requested reports. Responsible for basic bookkeeping with ability to maintain a balanced annual budget.
- Schedules appointments and meeting locations, coordinates events, manages travel arrangements including air reservations, hotel and ground transportation, develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards and completion of reimbursement requests. During peak recruitment times, these tasks are the sole responsibility of the Admin Coordinator in support of the department/program's recruitment efforts.
- Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures. Anticipates problems and proposes solutions in advance.
- Coordinates special projects within assigned department.
- May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.
- Creates moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets and visual presentations for departmental projects and processes.
Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Business-related or professional development coursework, preferred.

- Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.
