Essential Job Duties |
The primary purpose of this position will be to serve as liaison between K-12 partners and pre-service teachers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and facilitate mock interviews and professional development workshops for current students
- Assist with individual student coaching and classroom readiness
- Collaborate with program coordinators and other licensure faculty to support junior, senior and Teaching Fellows, particularly students of concern
- Help design or revise programming for candidate-to-educator pipeline
- Assist with planning specific targeted to support students
- Host in-person drop-in opportunities for students
