Description
As a Program Analyst Level III in Edgewood, MD, with a Secret clearance, you will provide comprehensive program and financial analysis support for critical initiatives. This includes preparing and delivering recurring reports, briefing leadership on program status, managing action items and milestones, and ensuring product teams meet deadlines. You will also be instrumental in financial programmatic matters, assisting with budget submissions, tracking program costs, and maintaining financial data in government systems. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing essential acquisition documentation, coordinating support agreements, and performing cost accounting validations, all while operating in a fast-paced, agile environment to meet critical deadlines.
- The contractor shall provide input to support annual, monthly, and weekly recurring reports, as needed.
- The contractor shall brief leadership on the status of program reviews and recurring reports.
- The contractor shall communicate programmatic issues, concerns, and information.
- The contractor shall track the status of action items, meeting minutes, program milestones, and monthly reports.
- The contractor shall ensure that product teams are aware of deadlines, assignments, and objectives.
- The contractor shall provide updates on issues, upcoming meetings, briefings, and taskers related to assigned projects, both orally and in written form.
- The contractor shall assist in the review, preparation, and submission of responses to formal taskers related to acquisition and program office operations.
- The contractor shall assist with content of financial programmatic matters, attend and participate in IPTs and other key financial programmatic meetings.
- The contractor shall update and submit monthly Acquisition Status Reports (ASRs)
- The contractor shall complete various taskers and other internal taskers for JPEO-CBRND HQ and senior leadership in the front office.
- The contractor shall complete various forms.
- The contractor shall maintain contact with Other Government Activities (OGAs) to manage MOAs and MOUs and to discuss budgetary and financial matters.
- The contractor shall provide program analysis and support to all relevant programs to include assisting with preparation and entry of P&R forms in required financial systems, facilitating input of Program Objective Memorandums (POM) in required financial systems, and monitoring changes in program cost, performance, and schedule.
- The contractor shall provide necessary financial reports to team members in support of Programming and Budget cycle requirements.
- The contractor shall update pertinent financial programmatic data in all Government systems (e.g., Project Management Resource Tool (PMRT), Program Data Alignment Application (PDAA), Joint Integrated CBRN Analytical Platform (JICAP), etc.).
- The contractor shall assist Program Managers/Team Leads with analyzing, developing, and refining acquisition and financial strategies in support of Justification Book and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions for JPM CBRN Sensors review.
- Contractor shall be able to work in a fast paced, agile work environment to answer short suspense's and taskers.
- The contractor shall assist the Support Agreements Manager (SAM) with the preparation and coordination of all support agreements (7600As and 7600Bs), amendments, and terminations.
- Contractor shall assist with the Comprehensive Cost Accounting Repository (CCaR) for all programs as assigned and perform checks and balances to validate compliance with published business rules.
- The contractor shall assist team members with drafting, reviewing, staffing, filing, and updating a variety of documents, to include acquisition documentation, memorandums, information and issue papers, briefings, executive summaries, milestone review packages, e-mails, and meeting minutes. When applicable, documents shall be prepared in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and procedures for the research, development, test and evaluations, and procurement of materiel and shall be sufficiently complete, accurate, and timely to establish program goals, objectives, and milestones. These activities require the use of Microsoft Office Suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in acquisition life cycle activities/management.
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite of software applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) to create and maintain documents and communications.
- Secret Clearance Required
