About the Role

The junior designer will assist with the design and creation of creative assets for brand and seasonal web campaigns.

This is a hybrid role - 4 days/week onsite in our San Francisco office required.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and create digital marketing assets across multiple channels and social platforms
  • Design and maintain organic and paid social media creative marketing assets
  • Design for eMarketing campaigns
  • Assist with seasonal marketing campaigns supporting social creative
  • Assist and work directly with the Senior Designer and Creative Managers to introduce new and innovate social designs and trends
  • Collaborate with and support design team members on Pottery Barn Kids and Teen Digital Creative teams across US and Global websites
  • Work with teams to meet creative and business deadlines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital design experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design

  • Demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with current online social and advertising practices and functionality
  • Proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTML

The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - 72,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
