We're looking for a curious, creative, and ambitious Architectural Designer I to join our in-house architecture team. Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience under your belt, this is a place to build your skills, grow with mentors, and see the real-world impact of your work.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to high-impact projects in multifamily housing, historic renovation, and hospitality
- Create design and construction drawings using Revit, and support in-house rendering and presentation graphics
- Collaborate with internal teams-architects, developers, and construction professionals-through all project phases
- Contribute design ideas and help translate concepts into visuals that communicate and inspire
What You Bring:
- A degree in Architecture and 0-3 years of professional experience
- Solid experience in Revit; familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools is a plus
- Strong design sensibility and an eye for graphics, visuals, and presentations
- Interest in pursuing architectural licensure, or beginning to pursue
- A team-first attitude and a passion for creating places that matter
