Job Description The Enterprise Project/Program Management Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects?) of multiple low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager. The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies. Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop test case strategies aligned to business requirements and technical specifications, ensuring adequate coverage of high-risk, complex, and user-critical scenarios. Create, manage, and execute test cases for functional, regression, usability, performance, and edge-case testing within Agile and SDLC frameworks. Implement risk-based testing approaches to prioritize efforts based on system complexity, usage patterns, and defect history. Use Azure DevOps and related tools to organize and manage test case libraries, test execution cycles, and sprint deliverables. Validate system functionality and performance through both manual and exploratory testing techniques, ensuring quality control at all release stages. Document test results, clearly identify defects, and coordinate with developers for resolution and retesting. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to refine acceptance criteria and testing strategies during backlog grooming and sprint planning. Maintain regression suites and continuously improve test coverage and test effectiveness based on historical data and product evolution. Apply strong time management and communication skills to meet deadlines and present findings across cross-functional teams. Develops modular and scalable test case strategies for enterprise systems. Proficient in Azure DevOps, test case management tools, and collaborative project tracking. Familiar with software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and SDLC. Excellent documentation habits, detail orientation, and analytical thinking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills-capable of translating technical findings into business impact.
