Responsibilities

A senior-level position responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated healthcare data systems that enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency. Core responsibilities include: managing CDM (Charge Description Master) systems through comprehensive auditing frameworks, KPI dashboards, and pricing analytics; developing patient-focused financial systems including real-time payment estimation tools; building robust data infrastructure with integrated data lakes for supply chain and formulary management; overseeing vendor data quality assessment and performance tracking; and creating advanced analytics solutions through intuitive dashboards, AI-powered insights, and predictive modeling to drive operational improvements across the healthcare organization.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
  1. Proven experience designing and implementing data auditing systems
  2. Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy) or equivalent
  3. Experience building and maintaining data visualization solutions (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
  4. Demonstrated expertise in healthcare data systems & analytics
  5. Experience with data lake architecture and implementation
  6. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and pricing strategies

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or related field
  2. Experience in healthcare data systems or analytics
  3. Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for healthcare data analysis
  4. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS regulations)
  5. Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data platforms
  6. Background in healthcare revenue cycle management
  7. Certifications in relevant data technologies or healthcare informatics

Pay Transparency

Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $118,560.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
