Come join our collaborative Talent team at Lifespark! The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for promoting the employment opportunities within a group of Senior Living Communities and finding the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates continuously with their Senior Living Community leadership to ensure adequate talent is in the pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports their Senior Living Community by being strategic and knowing Lifespark's business goals. The Talent Acquisition Partner conducts sourcing activities and recruiting opportunities while applying knowledge of Lifespark's business goals to identify candidates who are an exceptional fit. Specific activities include: sourcing by utilizing various recruiting platforms, hiring event planning, market analysis, assisting when needed with screening and interviewing, and creating a pipeline of talent. Talent Acquisition Partner wage range: $63,900 - 75,000 (based upon education and experience) This is a hybrid role where you'll be mainly working remotely but on-site occasionally at hiring events, senior living communities, or headquarters. Typically work schedule is 8:30 a - 5:00 p with some flexibility in start and end times. Talent Acquisition Partner Position Functions and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a talent pool to support Lifespark's rapid growth by sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the unique culture of each Senior Living Community in order to find the right talent * Continuously tailoring their approach to recruiting to ensure the best candidate is placed * Create enticing job postings in Jobvite, email blasts, call blasts and other recruitment communications. Monitor effectiveness and adapt as necessary. * Utilize UKG to manage the candidate through the selection process, keeping notes, and updating status * Responsible for understanding the full recruitment need and supporting the Senior Living Community leader in their opportunities and their successes * Maintain an open line of communication with business partners * Works in a timely manner to understand and meet the needs of the Senior Living Community * Works to achieve pre-established goals for placements, starts and revenue * Screen sourced applicants to determine quality and share information about Lifespark and their jobs of interest * Implements referral opportunities with collaboration from business line leaders * Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to identify roadblocks to hire, and continuously looks for new sources of applicants * Participate in after hour employee engagement events and candidate outreach as needed Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Partner: Education 1. Bachelor's Degree and/or a minimum of 2-3 years' equivalent experience recruiting in the healthcare industry Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Must have an interest in recruiting healthcare roles, preference for those with experience in healthcare 2. Strong passion for planning and hosting candidate engagement events 3. Must be proficient with technology and technological applications: ATS/HRIS (UKG preferred), Indeed Sourcing, Windows Laptop, Microsoft Office, Calendaring, Internet Browsing, etc. 4. Strong relationship building skills required 5. Must possess: a) ability to effectively communicate (in English) at all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing b) ability to maintain composure and stay positive in stressful situations c) ability to be organized and prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment d) ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information e) Must adapt well to changing priorities, instant deadlines, and frequent interruptions Lifespark Benefits Include:
