    • Moving excess inventory out of F000

    • Replenishing shortfalls using stock from locations 3000, CERT, or 2000

  • Executing daily/weekly inventory movements:

    • Stock transfers from 3000 / CERT to F000 for spare part replenishment

    • Outbound shipments from locations 4000, TC00, 7000, and 9000 to repair SLOC as needed to maintain inventory levels

  • Coordinating quarterly F000 inventory excess reviews and proactively managing stock levels.

  • Performing de-kitting of bundled SKUs prior to F000 intake.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintaining and distributing weekly audit reports (e.g., CERT pulls) to designated stakeholders to reduce bottlenecks and drive actionable improvements.

  • Developing templates and dashboards that automate data aggregation and performance visualization.

  • Providing regular updates to leadership on RMA progress, inventory health, and reverse logistics metrics.
