Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:
*Privileges based on occupancy and business levels JOB SUMMARY: Supervises the daily operations of the Hotel Market / Gift Shop which includes retail items, coffee shop, and fresh/packaged food items such as pastries and sandwiches. Assist with ensuring all items are stocked and rotated properly. Responsible for creating 5 star retail experience to include customer-focus, cleanliness and overall presentation of the outlet, and taking note of new or additional items that are requested and that may have potential of increasing sales and profit for the outlet. The Market Supervisor will also assist with keeping department Associates updated on resort activities and amenities, as well as community-related offerings and activities and encourage the team to be a resource for inquiring guests.
