Description Position Purpose: This position will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to align work force and key business initiatives through the use of organizational development strategies. You will consult with management to identify, design/develop, and implement organizational development programs and processes. Assess internal and external environment, drive organizational alignment initiatives, and lead transformation efforts. We're looking for someone to help drive impact through people and strategy. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, business acumen, and people-focused leadership.
