The Labor Relations Consultant will partner with internal stakeholders to implement short- and long-term strategies for labor relations. The Labor Relations Consultant will execute a body of work requiring independent judgement and analysis in the advance of effective labor relations and strategic contract negotiations. The role manages contract implementation projects once the University has reached agreement with applicable unions. The position oversees grievance tracking analytics.
