About our group:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Staff Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cybersecurity programs, ensuring the protection of the organization's information assets, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

About the role - you will:

  • Security Resiliency: Protect the organization by delivering a holistic response to incidents, reporting the enterprise security posture to the board, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Cybersecurity Risk Management: Manage cybersecurity risk assessments, including both strategic and maturity assessments.
  • Training and Awareness: Ensure that privileged users complete required cybersecurity training to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects with broad scope and high complexity. This includes creating work breakdown structures (WBS), project plans, cost estimates, recommendations, status reports, and executive presentations.
  • Program Execution: Support the execution of product cybersecurity elements across global programs and services. Work with security, IT, and engineering leadership/stakeholders to identify and plan physical and cybersecurity work to meet or exceed corporate initiatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of IT security technologies, embedded security, and platforms.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive cybersecurity programs and policies.
  • Vulnerability Management: Identify potential vulnerabilities and implement measures to prevent security breaches.
  • System Oversight: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity systems and software.
  • Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular system audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures.

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a program management role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.



You might also have:



  • Experience with global program structures and launch plans.
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.

Location:

The estimated base salary range for this position is $102,648.00 - $149,589.45. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
