About the Role:

Cisco's Catalyst Switching team is seeking a passionate Product Manager to drive innovation at the intersection of enterprise networking and security. In this role, you will shape the strategy and execution for security capabilities within Catalyst access switching and integration with Cisco's broader security portfolio.

What You'll Do

As a Product Manager within the Catalyst Switching business unit, you will drive security innovation at the heart of the campus network. You will define and deliver security-focused capabilities across the Catalyst switching portfolio-bridging network infrastructure with modern security architectures. You'll lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, security, and platform teams to bring embedded security solutions like containerized firewalls, traffic steering, segmentation, and zero trust enforcement to life within the access layer.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise networking or cybersecurity.

Strong knowledge of switching technologies and enterprise network architectures.

Familiarity with security frameworks like Zero Trust, NAC, firewalls and segmentation

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Clear, concise communication skills-comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and field teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cisco platforms (e.g., Catalyst 9000, Cisco ISE, Security Cloud, Catalyst Center).

Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.

Strong business acumen with a passion for driving innovation and differentiation.
