  • Understand all facets of the Pioneer business
  • Work closely with the Directors and Executive Management team to execute the company vision
  • Act as a "gate-keeper" for members of the management team, escalating relevant information as required
  • Act as the point of contact amongst executive, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Articulate (verbal and in-writing) customer service communications internally and externally
  • Proficient software skills including MSOffice
  • Work onsite effectively as part of the Pioneer team
