The HR Business Partner is a member of the People & Culture team and reports to the Sr. Manager, People Business Partner. This role will proactively work with people leaders on smart HR strategies and solutions that support each department's unique business priorities and needs. The HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, and will liaise between their designated departments and People & Culture teams (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development). HRBPs will engage leaders and individual contributors, be a problem solver, lead change, and reduce company risk.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Consult with people leaders regarding day to day issues while keeping in mind applicable laws, policies, programs, and issues to guide them in making informed decisions
  • Analyze people-related trends and metrics to provide recommendations that advance business objectives
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Independently coach front-line and middle managers on medium-complexity issuesusingstrong conflict resolution and rapport building skills
  • Confidently advise people leaders on best practices around consistent documentation and application of progressive performance management
  • Oversee the lifecycle of employees, from assisting managers with onboarding plans to handling exiting employee processes with professionalism
  • Act as a main point of contact to connect assigned business areas and our HR Centers of Excellence, establishing a strong grasp of available company resources and programs
  • Lead investigations confidently and compliantly, while proactively assessing areas of potential risk and implementing preventative measures
  • Provide administrative support where needed including HR policy guidance, creating and sending compensation plans, filing disciplinary action paperwork, etc
Education and Experience
  • Minimum Required - 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Preferred - SHRM-CP or PHR certificate
  • Preferred - experience supporting operations teams in a global matrix environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Excellent people management skills and relationship building skills
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with UKG Pro a plus

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
