About the Role

The Global Capabilities organization leads on transformational topics that cut across all service lines in EBS, topics include Strategy, Service Excellence, and Process Improvement. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our core processes are documented in accordance with EBS global standards and facilitating improvement activities by identifying, analysing and enhancing business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness through proven methodologies, such as ESOAR, Six Sigma, and Lean Thinking, etc.

What You'll Do
  • Experience in using Business process mapping tools (IBM Blueworks and/or SAP Signavio highly desirable) to drive process analysis and identification of E2E improvement opportunities
  • Experience in using process improvement methodologies to drive significant improvements in business processes (e.g., ESOAR, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Thinking) to deliver tangible improvements.
  • Ideally experience of core EBS processes (e.g.R2R, S2P, J2L) and/or key transformation levers (e.g., process re-design, automation)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions (A3 problem solving / DMAIC experience highly desirable)
  • Change management expertise, including experience driving process change and promoting organizational adoption
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive self-starter, comfortable in managing/engaging others and in dealing with and navigating ambiguity or shifting context

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work with EBS (Enterprise Business Service) lines to capture process data in line with the EBS standard.
  • Using process data and analytics, work with service line teams to conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems within assigned service line to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Support service lines to prioritise improvement initiatives and help develop business cases for CTA activities by providing forecasted benefits.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and collect relevant data to measure process effectiveness
  • Deliver training on process mining and drive continual development of process data analytics best practices.
  • Facilitate and deliver process improvement diagnostic and initiative events following proven process improvement methodologies (e.g., ESOAR, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Thinking)
  • Delivers training to develop and embed CI capability across EBS, and demonstrates active interest in best practices to drive continual development of lean/process improvement tools, methodologies, and systems.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles

Annual Salary

$81,000-$95,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
