The Global Capabilities organization leads on transformational topics that cut across all service lines in EBS, topics include Strategy, Service Excellence, and Process Improvement. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our core processes are documented in accordance with EBS global standards and facilitating improvement activities by identifying, analysing and enhancing business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness through proven methodologies, such as ESOAR, Six Sigma, and Lean Thinking, etc. What You'll Do

#LI-NK1 #LI-PROCESS IMPROVEMENT #LI-HYBRID Annual Salary $81,000-$95,000 This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
