Sr. Production Test Technician - 4th Shift (Weekend) Location: Lansdale, PA | Company: CAES by Honeywell Industry: Aerospace & Defense | Shift Differential: 15% Weekend Premium

Responsibilities

Ready to push the limits of RF performance in aerospace and defense? At CAES Lansdale, we specialize in high-reliability RF and microelectronic solutions that power mission-critical platforms. As a Sr. Production Test Technician, you'll be at the heart of our RF testing operations-validating, troubleshooting, and refining systems that must perform flawlessly in the harshest environments.   • Develop detailed RF test specifications, methods, and procedures using technical drawings, standard work, and schematics-translating complex requirements into actionable plans

  • Assist in preparing technical reports that analyze RF performance data and recommend solutions to elevate system reliability

  • Calibrate, maintain, and improve RF test equipment to ensure consistent, high-accuracy measurements across production

  • Lead and mentor a small team of RF-focused test technicians, driving collaboration and technical excellence within your area

  • Maintain all required certifications to support compliance and operational readiness in RF testing environments

  • Recommend and implement 6S improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and quality across RF test stations and workflows


Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Willing to work weekend shift.
  • Minimum 2 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Ability to setup and operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

  • 4+years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
  • Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

Salary Range: Production Test Technician III: $25.83 hr to $37.48 hr. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
