Sr. Production Test Technician - 2nd Shift CAES by Honeywell | Lansdale, PA Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM | +10% Shift Differential

You'll troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across complex electronic systems, working closely with engineering and production teams to uphold quality benchmarks. Responsibilities

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures based on technical drawings, standard work, and diagrams

  • Prepare concise technical reports that summarize findings and recommend solutions to complex issues

  • Calibrate, maintain, and continuously improve test equipment to ensure optimal performance

  • Lead small groups of test technicians within your functional area, fostering collaboration and excellence

  • Maintain all required certifications to support compliance and operational readiness

  • Recommend and implement 6S improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and workspace organization


Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Willing to work 2nd shift.
  • Minimum 2 years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Ability to setup and operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

  • 4+years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
  • Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

Salary Range: Production Test Technician III: $25.83 hr to $37.48 hr. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
