CAES by Honeywell in Lansdale, PA is seeking precision-driven problem solvers to join our elite team as a Production Test Technician. This position transitions to a weekend shift after training and includes a 15% shift differential once you're on 4th shift. Responsibilities

At CAES by Honeywell, your role as a Production Test Technician isn't just about testing-it's about unlocking performance, solving challenges, and driving excellence in every mission-critical product we deliver.   • Engineer precision by developing test specifications, methods, and procedures from technical drawings, standard work, and detailed diagrams

  • Be the voice of insight by assisting in technical reports that summarize findings and recommend smart, actionable solutions to complex challenges

  • Keep performance sharp by calibrating, improving, and maintaining advanced test equipment used in mission-critical validation

  • Lead with impact by guiding a small team of technicians within your functional area, fostering collaboration and excellence

  • Stay mission-ready by maintaining required certifications that keep you at the forefront of aerospace and defense standards

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Willing to work weekend shift.
  • Minimum 1 year of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent electronics experience with a strong understanding of AC/DC theory.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Timekeeping system, ERP system, Routing, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with good manual and eye dexterity (precise).
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred:

  • 2+years of RF test technician experience in a manufacturing work environment.
  • Ability to setup and know how to operate a Phase Network Analyzer (PNA) or Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
  • Associates Degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology.
  • Military Electronic Schools or Electronic Training from military.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in defense or aerospace industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace new challenges.
  • Willingness to take on diverse projects and work with different teams.

Salary Range:Production Test Technician II: $20.41 hr to $29.62 hr. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
