Your Role

The Atlas Copco Industrial Solutions (IAS) division is a global leader in industrial dispensing, self-pierce riveting, and flow drill fastening systems. Atlas Copco IAS has many familiar brand names in the dispensing and joining industries including SCA, K-flow, Henrob, and Scheugenflug. We have an unparalleled reputation in our industry that has consistently increased our customer due to our superior manufacturing process and commitment to quality.

We are currently seeking a ProductionTechnician, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Assemble dispensing systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment, using testing instruments
  • Inspect and perform quality control checks
  • Log into daily schedule and complete assigned tasks
  • Escalate any issues/concerns
  • Resolves and test finished products, debugs electrical, mechanical and software issues dynamically
  • Maintains clean, organizedworkstation
  • Adheres quality andsafety standards and participateinsafety initiative
  • Document required production documents
  • Coordinate with Quality, Project Engineering, Project management teams related to issues on work shop


To succeed, you will need

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous assembly experience or technical training in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to learn and operate within new computer programs
  • Ability to use basic hand and powertools
  • Ability to use industry technical testing equipment
  • Problem slover

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED require
  • Preferred additional classes or technical training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand for 8 or more hours
  • Ability to lift between 35-40 periodically, reasonable accommodation for lifting assistance can be made as needed
