YOUR ROLE

Technical role to develop engineering level tasks centered around parking algorithms and related requirements to be delivered in according to production and roadmap timelines. Expectation includes good verbal and written skills to communicate development and delivery progress.

In your daily job you will:

  • Take parking software tasks and decompose into quarterly and biweekly sprint milestones
  • Define related requirements and prioritization schedule
  • Perform task level planning for all sprints with teams
  • Track team delivery, progress and performance to target
  • Measure feature performance against target KPI's and prioritize improvement plan

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Minimum 5 years of related industry experience especially in ADAS software (Parking preferred)
  • Experience in automotive production and V-model software development cycle
  • Prior experience with algorithm software development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in use of tools such as Polarion, Jira, Confluence to track and document progress
  • Focus on details and experience to discern consequence of change points
  • Ability to work with engineers to drive outcomes and bring team to consensus efficiently
  • Preferred to have C++ knowledge to inspect source code
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with local and global team members
  • Good presentation skills, verbal and written, for progress updates to management
  • Helpful to have experience with product management and development
