Job Summary
Plans, organizes, and controls assigned product line from conception through product life cycle for optimal profit and to achieve marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. Drive business growth and performance at the product category level; co-developing and co-leading/influencing customer, pricing, sourcing, and service strategies. Directly/indirectly manage 1 to 5 cross-functional product teams. Actively think long-term strategy (12-24 months) and plan accordingly to sustain and drive initiatives to successful completion. This role is considered hybrid andrequires work tobe doneonsite at our Colmar, PA location, 4 days each week and 1 day remote. Primary Duties
