Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $19.50/hour + $2.50/hour Shift Differential Shift: 2nd Hours: 2:00pm - 12:30am Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machine Operator at a company in Mundelein, IL. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply today! Machine Operator Responsibilities: - Operate assigned screw machines and related equipment safely and efficiently. - Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards. - Perform basic troubleshooting and make routine equipment adjustments as needed. - Read and interpret simple blueprints and production documents, when applicable. - Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part specifications. - Conduct basic machine setups under supervision or per instructions. - Accurately complete production and quality documentation. - Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and production goals.
