Job Summary: Chatham's Investment Banking team is seeking an Associate to join their real estate coverage team. The Associate will play a key role in the execution of capital raising (debt and equity) and strategic advisory services for public and private real estate clients, including REITs, developers, and private equity sponsors. Responsibilities include financial modeling, transaction execution, client presentations, and industry research.

Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than range listed, depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
