Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? Join our 2nd shift team as aCoil Builderand help assemble the heart of our HVAC systems. This is your chance to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and quality.

What You'll Do:

• Read specification sheets to identify correct parts for assembly
• Assemble coil frames, install fins, tubes, and hardware
• Label coils accurately with build date and manufacturing number
• Move coils using overhead cranes to the expansion area
• Inspect coils for damage and perform rework if needed
• Use hand tools like pliers, wrenches, and drills
• Complete quality paperwork and track daily hours
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Train new team members as needed

What You Bring:

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
• Attention to detail and ability to follow simple instructions
• Forklift license is a plus (distance vision required)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
