The Role The Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor oversees the day-to-day receiving, processing and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI. This includes the scheduling and tracking of incoming shipment loads and outbound product delivery appointments. Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling, documenting, preparation, tracking, and distribution of all outbound product delivery appointments.
- Performs daily tasks related to routing of vehicles to various customer and company locations throughout the service area while maintaining compliance with both DOT rules and regulations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with Production and Sales Departments to meet objectives and address service-related issues.
- Maintain an organized vault and warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient management of the physical inventory process.
- Ensures that company Delivery Drivers operate in compliance with all Federal, State, Local and company regulations/policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain fulfillment process schedule to meet delivery schedule goals.
- Plan and schedule maintenance of Delivery Vehicles.
- Must understand and maintain compliance with all state laws and/or regulations that affect Green Thumb Industries (GTI) operations.
- Expected to adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect product safety, product quality or personnel safety.
- Maintain a positive work culture and relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- Ensure medical cannabis waste management procedures are followed such as receipt/collection, transportation, storage, labeling, compacting, grinding, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a production environment preferred, 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred
- Preferred experience with Dutchie, Metrc, LeafTrade
- Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word). Basic ERP experience is a plus.
- Experience in directing and evaluating hourly employees
