Ansira is looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Architect with hands-on operational experience and technical depth across the Salesforce ecosystem-including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role on the Marketing Technology Platform Team, responsible for both campaign execution and backend platform optimization.
The ideal candidate has experience building, running, and troubleshooting configurations and data in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and understands the admin setup, data models, and cross-cloud integration within Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is ideal, while MuleSoft and other platform/CDP integrations are highly valued but not required. A strong background and high level of proficiency in data modeling, data management, and integration across multiple MarTech platforms is expected. Familiarity with tools like Adobe, Zeta, Braze, Bloomreach, Responsys, or Eloqua is a plus.
This is a client-facing, consultative role that blends marketing operations, strategic problem-solving, platform-level architecture, and people leadership. You'll manage multiple resources, including offshore team members, work across time zones, and serve as a bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution.
This is not a heads-down production job-it's a hybrid opportunity for someone who understands how to execute programs and optimize the systems and teams that power them. You'll help our clients modernize their MarTech ecosystems, connect their data, and lead smarter, more scalable marketing programs using Salesforce and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and, ideally, Salesforce Data Cloud solutions across enterprise clients.
- Support integration and orchestration across Salesforce Service Cloud, PRM, and other cross-cloud use cases.
- Lead day-to-day work and output of multiple resources including offshore teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Operate across both marketing execution (journeys, segmentation, personalization, QA) and technical enablement (data models, platform configuration, integration planning).
- Partner with internal teams-Campaign Managers, Strategists, Developers, and Client Services-to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing programs.
- Support integration efforts between Salesforce and other MarTech systems using MuleSoft or similar integration tools.
- Conduct platform assessment, audits and author future-state roadmaps for marketing technology maturity.
- Translate marketing goals and data requirements into actionable system architecture.
- Interview client stakeholders to uncover process, platform, and data challenges.
- Present technical and strategic recommendations to clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Flex your schedule as needed to support client and internal teams across time zones, including US and offshore delivery teams.
- (Preferred) Contribute to development or support of Salesforce Marketplace-listed solutions or internal connector products.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise MarTech environments, with deep expertise in platform configuration, integration, operation and optimization.
- Proven leadership in delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with strong working knowledge of Data Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, and Salesforce backend architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms that support cross-cloud or cross-platform connectivity.
- Experience guiding Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations and understanding of how CDPs operate within diverse client-side MarTech ecosystems.
- Advanced proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP), SQL, and identity resolution workflows, including support for cross-platform data unification.
- Strong grasp of data modeling, platform governance, and multi-cloud architecture within Salesforce and broader MarTech stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support offshore team members, including delegation, quality assurance, and cross-time zone collaboration.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Data Cloud, or Platform App Builder) are preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-able to confidently interact with both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or guiding cross-functional technical teams is a plus.
- Prior success in agency or consulting environments, working across multiple clients and complex marketing stacks.
- Exposure to or implementation experience with other MarTech platforms (Adobe, Zeta, Braze, Bloomreach, Responsys, Eloqua, etc) preferred.
