Data Analytics Manager, Periop

General Summary of Position
Job in Columbia, MD and allow 75% remote work from anywhere in the U.S.Require domestic travel to MedStar Health offices located in Washington DC - Baltimore metropolitan area 1 - 2 times per week.

Primary
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with unstructured data.
Find relationships across data sets and integrates data to unlock actionable information.
Collect business requirements, data validation, dashboard development, reporting, analysis, and interpretation.
Identify appropriate data sources and work with data owners to obtain appropriate data access.
Collaborate with other technical and operational teams throughout the organization to deliver data solutions which establish and meet business, technical and data governance requirements.
Engage in the collection and analysis of operational, financial, and clinical data from disparate sources, including EMR, patient flow, and billing.

Education
Require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.

Experience
Requires five years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst/Consultant or related.
Require experience with data analysis, database management, programming in SQL and Python, statistics data modeling, machine learning, dashboard development using Tableau.

This
position has a hiring range of $ 62.20 - $ 84.60 per hour.
