UX/ Product Designer

About the Role:

Job Title: Senior UX/Product Designer - Sales Technology
Location: Mountain View, CA / San Diego, CA (Hybrid preferred)
Type: Contract (6+ months, with potential extension)
Rate : $60-65/ hr on W2

We're seeking a Senior UX/Product Designer to join our fast-paced Sales Technology team. This role is central to designing enterprise-grade sales tools that empower internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Partners. You'll be responsible for creating seamless, AI-integrated, and data-driven experiences that optimize seller workflows, reduce friction, and enhance productivity across the sales funnel.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to define user journeys and build intelligent CRM and sales enablement tools at scale. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for enterprise UX and platform-level design.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end workflows that streamline complex sales processes across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify pain points, inform design decisions, and validate hypotheses.
• Create AI-integrated tools that enhance automation, improve lead management, and reduce manual sales tasks.
• Build and evolve modular design systems that scale across personas, sales segments, and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to align business goals with user needs.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features and tools based on real user feedback.
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence across all platforms.
• Communicate design rationale effectively using data, storytelling, and user insight.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design (preferably in B2B, enterprise SaaS).
• Deep understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred), sales workflows, and B2B engagement.
• Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and working within design systems (Salesforce Lightning Design System is a big plus).
• Strong skills in interaction design, wireframing, and information architecture for platforms and enterprise tools.
• Experience designing for AI/ML-enhanced workflows or intelligent automation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Service Design, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with tools used by Sales & Customer Success teams (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)
• Experience working with data and analytics teams or designing for data-informed experiences.
• Understanding of enterprise design frameworks and platform thinking (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Past involvement in designing AI-driven or predictive experiences within sales tech.
