What you will do
- Join the Tech GRC leadership team under the leadership of the Sr. Director TechGRC, to drive technology compliance activities across Adobe.
- Drive security compliance certifications such as SOC2, ISO, CSA Star, TPN, SOC2+ HIPAA and other industry standard audit efforts.
- Build customer trust through coordinating a global customer audit function, promoting transparency, communication, and collaboration.
- Manage the development, deployment, and execution of internal controls and processes ensuring ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.
- Plan, scope, and evaluate the design and efficiency of internal controls during Information Security Assurance reviews.
- Manage security assurance assessments across Adobe business units, third-party service providers, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Security compliance engineers to automate compliance processes and drive towards near real-time compliance governance.
- Collaborate with various functions on domains such as Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing, building a unified working model for continuous assurance.
- Establish and implement standards and criteria following recognized security compliance frameworks for cloud security and governance.
- Manage security assurance assessments covering domains like User Access Management, Network Operations, Encryption, and more.
- Analyze business needs to prioritize the establishment of internal controls based on applicable security frameworks.
- Help the team develop and communicate policies, procedures, guidelines, and plans to internal customers.
- Lead and grow a team of global security experts dedicated to developing and supporting company-wide security compliance capabilities.
- Collaborate with partners across multiple geographies for driving cross-functional projects related to security assurance.
- Develop goals aligned with business strategy and present status reports with value-based metrics to senior leadership for prioritization and decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in driving enterprise-level cybersecurity audits and security compliance efforts, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of security compliance frameworks and privacy regulations (e.g., SOC2, PCI DSS, HITRUST, ISO, CSA Star, TPN, PCI, HIPAA, etc.).
- Expertise in core organizational processes such as SDLC, Identity/User Access Management, Backup and Disaster Recovery processes, Vulnerability Management, System Monitoring, End Point Security, and Network Operations.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT collaborators, including executive leadership.
- Demonstrable ability to build and lead high-performing teams, drive central initiatives, and manage multi-functional collaborations.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $115,200 -- $248,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
