The Position:

Chameleon Integrated Services is currently looking for a ServiceNow SME to support one of our clients.

Overview:

The ServiceNow SME(s) will provide mentorship, technical guidance, and architectural leadership to a relatively new and growing ServiceNow support team. These individuals will be responsible for helping mature the customer's internal ServiceNow capabilities by delivering a mix of strategic direction and hands-on support.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level ServiceNow support staff
  • Guide best practices in architecture, development, and configuration
  • Provide hands-on support for technical troubleshooting and system improvements
  • Assist in defining standards, governance models, and scalable platform solutions
  • Support ongoing training efforts to build in-house ServiceNow knowledge
  • Participate in discussions with stakeholders and provide expert insight into ServiceNow's capabilities
Education & Experience
  • Broad, well-rounded experience across the ServiceNow platform
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in architecture, development, or administration
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in mentoring or training junior technical staff
  • Public sector experience is a plus
Certs Preferred:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Additional ServiceNow specialty certifications are a plus
